The commander will give you some hints if the mission was a failure. Try to get the highest rank points. When you rollover your mouse cursor on a war bear a popup will let you select the actions he can take. Left Click on the possible actions to carry on the mission. Youve to synchronize the tasks for all the agents to achieve success. Watch out one little mistake could lead to failure. But you can always restart the mission.;
