Jessica must fly around the neihgbourhood on her magic vacuum and attempt to put things right. Unfortunately Jessica's time is running out. She must try and reach the Halloween Ball taking place in the High School gym and change her pals back into teenagers. If not, they shall remain Monsters for ever!
